Leave me. You'll never understand. That day I stared into the world of glass and saw the space between things, the dark heart of reality. I will wait out my days here, until I am reborn again. Until we repeat all this, in a world beyond these worlds... As I repeat myself, even now!

The Overseer asks me to leave. They tell me they have nothing more to say. They are clearly addled, clearly confused. This base is a happy place. This world is mine. Of that I am certain.

The ravings of a single Gek won't change that.

The Overseer tells me that their contract is complete.

Dialogue choices

Touch the Overseer gently

The Gek does not react to my touch, and I do not let it linger.

Leave the Overseer be

Their presence is unnerving, but I feel it better that the Overseer remains here, where I can see them.
