Traders dialogue
The alarms blares, and the terminal in front of me is scrambled. Through the flickering of the corrupted display I can just about make out a message:
Warning! Magnetic coil overcharged! Production low!
I feel heavy. My Multi-Tool pulls me down, and my helmet forces itself into my shoulders. It's not just me impacted. Production processes are going haywire...
I feel a strange sensation deep within my brain as gravity momentarily destabilises. The electromagnetic stablisers in my Exosuit prevent any more dramatic effects. However, power has not been restored to the terminal. If anything, it has only suffered more damage. The facility remains inoperable.
A slow shiver pulses through my body as the powerful electromagnetic wave sweeps across the facility. Almost immediately, the terminal screen clears up. The production facility is back online.
I throw the master power switch that sits alongside the terminal. The facility powers down. I reset the switch, and hope... It does not power back up again.
