Description and History

I stumbled across this system after leaving a black hole nearby. My grandfathers name was Albert so i immediately had to make this my home system. While trying to portal from my old home, to the flourishing planet in this system, a portal malfunction led me to discover this habitable base, extremely close to the portal. Given the chance i would like to be able to create a NMS saloon outpost, like a type of "space western" meeting place.
